Services Description

We provide personal shopping and styling consultation services in Washington, DC area malls. Our services include:

  • Style consultations and wardrobe assessments
  • Mall navigation assistance and store recommendations
  • Wardrobe guidance and styling education
  • Curated fashion selections based on your preferences

All services are provided subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our contact form, phone, or email. Confirmation will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide notice as soon as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling option.

Payment Terms

Service Fees: Payment for styling services is due at the time of booking or as specified in your selected package. All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect already booked appointments.

Clothing Purchases: Purchases made during shopping sessions are separate from our styling service fees. You are responsible for all clothing purchases made at retail stores. We do not receive commissions from retailers.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during booking.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your style preferences, budget, and needs
  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • Treat our stylists and staff with respect
  • Make your own purchasing decisions and be responsible for all purchases
  • Notify us of any changes or concerns regarding services

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided for guidance and assistance purposes. We are not responsible for:

  • Individual purchase decisions or satisfaction with items purchased
  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds for clothing purchased at retail stores
  • Any damages resulting from the use of our styling services
  • Disputes between clients and retail stores

Clients make their own purchasing decisions and are solely responsible for all purchases. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for styling services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of seriesaoartistic and is protected by United States copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington, DC, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
